I am in full boot mode so it only made sense to show off a new pair that have been on my feet for the past couple of days! These are the Sorel Madson Original Boots in the colour way, Major. I am obsessed with the whole hiking boot aesthetic that has been going on (largely in streetwear), but I was a bit timid to give it a go. So when I found these guys, that were still super stylish, yet functional, I jumped on the opportunity to get them.
Sorel is a Canadian brand that has been making killer boots since 1962, and has become a part of (almost) every Canadian’s home. The Madson style features a premium suede and leather upper combo. What drew me to this style the most, besides the fact that these are one of Sorel’s signature boot styles, were the large decorative lace holes. I definitely can’t wait to rock this with a pair of flannel or tweed pants, when it gets cooler.
